Vision test Amblyopia Q&A Find an eye doctor

Early vision screening is essential

If not discovered and treated early, an eye with amblyopia ("lazy-eye") may never develop good vision and could even become legally blind. This vision test is for children aged 3 years and up.

Amblyopia (lazy-eye) is the problem

Amblyopia, commonly called “lazy eye,” is poor vision in an eye that did not develop normally in early childhood, and affects 2 or 3 out of every 100 people. In the US that means more than 7 million people may be affected.

Did you know your child could be blind in one eye without you noticing a single symptom?

Don't think it's possible?

Screen your child now, even if his/her vision seems normal to you, and catch a problem before it's too late.

You can make the difference in your child's vision future!
